Poetry: A Path Ahead

The red tail hawk
screeched above
in an endless blue sky.
Tall evergreens
leant casting long, dark fingers.
A path ahead… pulled me
into green hidden depths
and blue haze disguise.
What’s ahead?
I do not know.
But curiosity…
intrigued me to continue.

Will you join me?
