Poetry: Drunk on Life and Laughter

a free verse poetry… rhyming or non-rhyming… More about forms of poetry.

She was the beautiful flower,
I had been searching for—
The one that helped me
see life in color,
the one to wake me up
from my dark dreams.
She was drunk on life and laughter
she was drunk on me
she filled me with the words,
that I didn’t know existed.
She set me free!
