  1. Hi Linda,

I’m Mahendra. I have two blogs that I post on with some degree of frequency, one is GuyanaScapes (https://guyanascapes.wordpress.com/) a photoblog which depicts various aspects/traits/scenes from my country Guyana (located on the South American Continent) and the other is The Wanderer (http://wanderingmahen.blogspot.com/) where I let my thoughts run free.

I see you’ve published a Book of Poetry and I would like to have your advice on the few that I have written. If they’re good enough maybe I publish also…

  5. Hi Linda, kind of you to think this initiative!
    I’m Jerry Peri,
I have two blogs and I am supposed to be a contributor to the millionaires digest, but none of the posts I sent has been featured yet!
    My blog
http://www.jerriperri.com is a poetry, inspirational, relationships, short stories, essays and general interest blog
While my other blog http://celebrityplatform.wordpress.com is aimed at giving the ordinary and less privileged the opportunity to become celebrities, if they have the stuff.

You are such a blessed one, Linda!

  6. Hi Linda,
Thank you for the invite. My name is Bill and I started blogging to explore my creative side , but found myself getting lost in insignificant story plots. So I decided to keep it to poetry which gives me a chance to better challenge my wordplay anyhow. You never really know how effective your imagery is unless you hear others interpretations.

      1. I started writing in the early 1990’s after I met Maya Angelou. Stopped for 18 years because I was working and started writing after taking Mila and Tapasi’ poetry challenge and have been writing almost every night since.

    1. Crystal, you’re very prolific! I love the picture of the squirrel peering into the lens. We feed the squirrels who live around our yard. The deer are beautiful. We live across from a park and get deer in our yard at times here in the middle of town. We see albino deer, too. Some deer eat our neighbor’s roses, and we share our garden with them, a turtle, and raccoons. Nice to meet you!

  8. Hello, my name is Barbara Leonhard. I have created a poetry blog called Extraordinary Sunshine Weaver on WordPress. My poetry is spiritual, metaphysical, and new age. I also have poems on Tai Chi, and more recently, poems written in a medium state. I would love to share and be part of your community. My blog is new. I’m building the site and am not savvy. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Whenever I tell about myself in “About”, the texts disappear though saved. Most of the photos are my pictures and others are credited. I’ve been writing for many years but haven’t done enough with it due to work. I’m retired now and have been posting my poetry. I

  10. Hello Linda. My name is Phil Renaud. I am a yogi, runner,m cyclist and sometimes writer. And a voracious reader.

I found your blog here on WP because you found mine first.

My two blogs are https://pokeysplaceofrandomthought.wordpress.com/ and http://filipren.blogspot.ca/

I started out with the blogspot blog so I could access G+. On G+ I am a member of various communities, mostly poetry writing.

I started out on WP because I found it easier to use and more user friendly.

I maintain both blogs even though they are the same.

I am a relatively new writer – only been writing regularly for about 3-4 years. Before that I was Newsletter Editor for my bicycle club. Doing that sparked a writing bug that I had buried within in me since grade/high school. When I was in school I used to write plays with my friends.

I enjoy reading poetry, or anything for that matter, written by others. I find it can inspire me to try new styles of writing.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful writing.

      1. Hello. My name is David and I am a philosophically-inclined introvert. Sometimes I feel like a poet, and occasionally I will write a simple little poem, but what mostly comes out is non-fiction essays and memoirs. I also like to scribble up some pen and ink drawings to accompany my writing. My blogs are:

As you may have noticed, I assigned these blog names before I realized I was supposed to invent catchy titles. Oh well.

  13. Hi Linda! My name is Matthew and I recently started my own wordpress blog (matthewsnn3.wordpress.com) for a class assignment, but have already met some great writers on here and would love to stay and connect more! I love your poem “Leaving Stardust”. It was the first of your works I read and knew immediately that I’ve come to the right place. My blog (for the project) contained some creative works and poems, however I’d like to focus more on poetry in the future as it is my favorite to write. I would love any feedback and thank you for opening up your blog to the world! Happy Writing! -Matt
